Located in Johannesburg, South Africa, MCI is a leading provider of software solutions to the financial services and recruitment industries.
MCI is a financially stable business which has experienced a consistent growth over the last 15 years due to its ability to deliver turnkey solutions to its clients.
Currently we have a staff complement of 40 which includes BCom's and B.Sc's. Collectively, we have a skill pool comprising marketing, project management, systems development, systems implementation and training. In order to attract and retain great people, MCI operates on a basis of income sharing to maximize an individual's earnings potential.
We have longstanding relationships with our clients which comprise primarily financial institutions, including members of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and various banks, local and international, and investment houses as well as the largest personnel recruitment companies in South Africa.
MCI's software solutions include a combination of third party products and software developed internally by MCI which we market, customize and integrate according to a client's requirements.
Third party products include accounting (ACCPAC), Business Intelligence/ Business Performance Management (IBM Cognos TM1), and recruitment (Bond Adapt) systems.
Our systems are sold on a monthly rental basis and in some instances provided on a "Software as a Service" basis.
Geographically, our focus has been primarily on the South African market however we have extended our BPM services into Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Ghana, Uganda, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Seychelles and Mauritius.
